More people than ever support marriage for same-sex couples, but we still have need to bring many more people over to our side. You can help – volunteer with Equality California! Every weekend throughout California, volunteers like you go door to door in neighborhoods where people don’t yet support marriage equality. We talk with people and share our personal stories to help them see why marriage matters. We start every volunteer shift with a thorough training so that you’re prepared to have really powerful conversations. We also need volunteers to come to our offices and make phone calls to recruit other volunteers and to talk with people who aren’t yet supportive of marriage for same-sex couples.
