Team Win Orange County Field Managers

Elizabeth worked on the NO on 8 campaign as a volunteer in Orange County. Devastated by the community’s loss of rights, she helped co-found a non-profit organization called Orange County Equality Coalition and served as their Activism Chair.

Why she joined Team Win:

“When I found out that EQCA was hiring for Orange County, it made me so happy that I could do this work in my own county where I grew up. I feel that Orange County is becoming more progressive, and we really have an opportunity to work within our community as well as the grassroots and political organizations that are already in place. We have an amazing opportunity to change the hearts and minds of voters. I am really excited to be a part of the Win Marriage Equality Back: Make it Real! Team and I’m ready to hit the ground running!”

Daniel moved to Orange County to attend UC Irvine where he received a BA in Psychology and Law & Society. After the devastating passage of Prop 8, he began working as a volunteer with Orange County Equality Coalition and helped to establish a Courage Campaign Equality Team in Orange County. Daniel is committed to working toward equal rights for everyone in the LGBT community.

“After graduating college I was forced into the ‘real world’ where I accepted a job in corporate America. I volunteered when I could, but when the opportunity for me to devote myself full time to winning marriage equality back appeared, I jumped at the chance! I am so excited to be a part of the team and I am ready to win marriage back!”
