George moved to the sunny California desert in 1997 from Seattle, where he was a Democratic County Chair in the 90s and ran the Clinton-Gore coordinated campaign in Seattle in 1996. He has over 30 years experience organizing activists and running field campaigns for LGBT and progressive issues in both Seattle and Palm Springs.
