Employment Non-Discrimination ActBill Number: SR 27 This resolution would put the California Senate on record in support of the federal Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which would extend U.S. employment laws to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

The anti-LGBT right-wing is trying to kill EQCA's bill to repeal the California law that instructs health officials to conduct research into the "causes and cures of homosexuality." Why?
