Get ready for the 2022 Equality Awards! We're excited to gather safely in-person again as we honor the inspirational leaders and outstanding allied organizations working tirelessly to create a world that is healthy, just and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people. Our annual Equality Awards are a time to celebrate the achievements taking place in our communities while renewing our collective commitment in the fight for full, lived equality — until the work is done.
Please note: To ensure the safety of our staff and guests, Equality California requires all in attendance be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as 2 weeks after your second dose of a 2-dose vaccine, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after your dose of a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine. Additional details will be provided closer to each event; but guests should be prepared to show proof of vaccination and a clear photo ID before entry. Additionally, Equality California will work with our venues and vendors to follow all state and local COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Benefits at all levels may change if/as event guidelines change (i.e capacity caps). Please reach out to events@eqca.org with any questions.
We can't wait to see you!
