To ensure the safety of our staff and guests, everyone in attendance at the event must be vaccinated for COVID-19. Guests should be prepared to show one of the following as proof of vaccination before entry:

How To Create Your CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card

CLEAR and Equality California are partnering together to provide a safer experience for you at the evening’s festivities. With CLEAR’s digital vaccine card feature, your COVID-19 health screening is quick, easy, and secure. Ready to get started?

For attendees who are fully vaccinated:

  1. Use this link to download the free CLEAR app.
  2. Create an account by uploading a photo of a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and snapping a quick selfie to confirm you are you.
  3. To add your proof of vaccination, follow the steps to securely link to your vaccine provider, scan a smart QR code, or upload your CDC card. To get a smart QR code from the State of California, visit https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/. Check out this tutorial if you need help scanning a smart QR code, or this tutorial if you need help uploading your CDC card.
  4. Upon arrival, show your CLEAR digital vaccine card at the CLEAR registration line, and you’re good to go!

Other forms of proof of vaccination accepted:
If guests are unable to be vaccinated and need a religious or medical accommodation, they must alert our team in advance (by emailing events@eqca.org), and then provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from no more than 72 hours prior to the event before entering. (Please note, we will not be collecting or storing any personal medical information.)
Masks are not required but strongly encouraged. Masks will be provided on site for those who do not have them. The event will be taking place fully outdoors.

Under Hollywood’s gaze, the Los Angeles Equality Awards is the biggest and brightest. This glamorous reception draws a wide range of elected officials, celebrities, corporate and entertainment executives, and countless influencers in the LGBTQ+ community.
