Parking:

The Music Concourse Garage is a secure, accessible, underground parking facility located just steps away from the Academy’s main entrance.

Garage entrances: Enter via the north at Fulton St./10th Ave. or the south at Music Concourse Dr./ MLK Dr.
Hours: The parking garage closes at 11:00pm (please note special hours for this event only).

COVID-19 SAFETY:

To ensure the safety of our staff and guests, everyone in attendance at the event must be vaccinated for COVID-19. Guests should be prepared to show one of the following as proof of vaccination before entry:

Your California Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record with matching ID
Your CDC Vaccination Card with matching ID (photo or actual vaccination card accepted), or
Sign up for your California Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record

If guests are unable to be vaccinated and need a religious or medical accommodation, they must alert our team in advance (by emailing events@eqca.org), and then provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from no more than 72 hours prior to the event before entering. (Please note, we will not be collecting or storing any personal medical information.)

Also, due to local public health order, all guests and staff are required to wear masks when not eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be provided on site for those who do not have them. The event will be taking place in the Piazza of the California Academy of Sciences with the retractable roof open, allowing for maximum ventilation.
