In September of 2014, EQCA rolled out its new mission statement to reflect the gains that have been made by our community and the critical work that still remains.

Equality California’s new mission reflects growth in three key areas: expanding the organization’s work on achieving full equality and acceptance for LGBT people to those outside of California as well as inside the state; ensuring the health and well being of LGBT Californians; and working for a fair and just society for everyone.

Now, Equality California has a powerful new tool in those efforts: An updated website to serve as a public education and action hub for the important work ahead. The new site includes lots of great, easy ways for you to get involved with Equality California’s current work.
