Range: $28.13 – $33.65 / hour commensurate with experience. This position is represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for this role.

Equality California Institute seeks a Program Associate in the Central Valley to support and contribute to the implementation of programs for a variety of sectors and social service providers and assist with grant management. The Program Associate will also support Equality California Institute’s array of other programming, including, but not limited to, community outreach, LGBTQ+ convenings, and organizing.
